Dave Harrison, LICSW earned his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University where he studied Politics and Philosophy and he earned his Masters of Social Work from Boston University. In addition to work at McLean Hospital and the VA in Bedford, MA, Dave spent over a decade teaching and counseling in schools including extensive work with at-risk teens and their parents. Dave's experience, particularly with survivors of trauma, informs a calm, kind, collaborative approach to therapy. He brings expertise in inter-generational and relational issues to his work with clients suffering stubborn, "treatment resistant" depression and with client's experiencing symptoms associated with personality disorders. Dave works with individual adults and couples and adolescents 16 and up. He accepts private pay and all services are eligible for Out of Network reimbursement and FSA/HSA payment. He is currently available in Tyngsboro on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and has additional hours throughout the week in Arlington, MA. Jan is the owner of Greenbridge and she specializes in treating grief and loss due to death, divorce, fractured relationships and medical issues. Specifically for medical issues, she will work with clients on how to address physical illness holistically - mind, body, emotions and spirit - which could include concrete lifestyle changes. She very much weaves science and spirituality into her work. She sees grief and physical illness from a spiritual perspective as an initiation to something bigger than what we were previously. She is a caring, down to earth, optimistic and extremely compassionate clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Sociology at Boston College and her Masters of Social Work from Smith College. She is trained as a 200 hour Hatha Yoga Instructor and in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), spirituality and health. Jan works with adults and takes Blue Cross, GIC, Cigna, Medicare and private pay. She also will bill other insurances for out of network benefits. Her hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 2 pm. Nancy Arseneaux, LICSW is an Associate at Greenbridge. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Nursing Science from Northern Essex Community College, a Bachelor of Science from Salem State College and a Masters of Social Work from Boston University. She has extensive experience working as a registered nurse in women's health and ambulatory care clinics, as well as 10 years of experience working as a social worker with at-risk adolescents in a school setting. She has a wonderful sense of humor that helps clients feel at ease and she believes in a holistic approach to therapy stressing the mind body connection. Currently, she takes Blue Cross, Tufts Commercial, Medicare and private pay. She works with ages 16 years old to adult through individual and couples therapy. Shannon Therrien, LMHC graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Shannon is a Licensed Mental Health therapist with 10+ years of clinical experience within the counseling field. Shannon works with individuals and families of all ages, ranging form 3 years throughout the life span. She is a published author; her article on Available Treatment for Bipolar Disorder with Co-occurring Substance and Alcohol Related Disorders was published within the Current Psychiatry Review journal. Dedicated, caring and passionate, Shannon believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is a vital aspect of the counseling process. Utilizing a wide range of therapeutic methods, she will work closely with individuals in order to create a client centered, solution-focused treatment plan. Clients will have an active role in identifying positive and achievable goals. While Shannon works with all ages, she is specifically passionate about child and adolescent therapy. She has worked extensively with complex trauma, mood dysregulation, oppositional/behavioral struggles and anxiety/attachment issues. Kerry Mensah, LICSW earned her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and her Masters of Social Work from Simmons College. Kerry has over 5 years of experience working in the Massachusetts state prison system. She ran groups at both the Massachusetts Correctional Institute (MCI) Framingham and MCI Concord and developed an anger management curriculum. Kerry has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is currently pursuing her diplomat status with the Academy of Cognitive Behavior. She is also trained in EMDR to treat trauma. Areas of additional experience include: depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder and substance use disorders. Kerry uses a multitude of skills in her practice such as deep breathing, mindfulness, meditation and other relaxation techniques. Kerry also has the unique ability to help even the most resistant or ambivalent clients feel comfortable. She works with individuals, couples and families ages 14 to adult.
